My goldfish mouth is red al around..here r other goldfish too but they seem ok...wat do i do?

i tink it bumped into a sharp pebble or something..is ther anythin i can do to make it better?? i already overlaid the pebble with soft sand..so tat it doesnt happen again..but i need to know wat i can do to heal its injury
