Actually the banks and lenders were handing out loans to anyone because of pressure from CLinton and the Democrats not Republicans. Republicans wanted to keep the restrictions set in place under Reagan but the Democrats thought that was restrictive and discriminatory and outright unfair. And Clinton supported, signed and expanded NAFTA and Clinton signed the repeal of Gl-Steagal because of the boom in the economy. There were plenty of Democrats that supported your three points, including Bill Clinton so don't say everything was Republican fault. You are clearly misinformed.
