Please help me? my age is 4 yrs older than i am how do i correct that for my 360?

i think my ex did it as he is envies of a certain friend. so i put a new lock code so he can no longer get in. this is wrong!!! im just orking on my 360page. he messed my music up as well trish is country not r&b im pissed. help??
