Does this mean that my DLC for Fallout 3 GotY for the xbox 360 didnt work right?

ill be at what i believe to be the outcast camp. ill have gone to where the radio frequency made me go to. after i help a few outcast fight off some super mutants, one of them will tell me that their leader would like to talk to me. so i have to go down an elevator shaft and into a compound to talk to this guy (and i think this would be the Operation: Anchorage DLC) BUT when i look at the elevator shaft, you can clearly see that it is missing a few textures and that in the shaft there is a big red triangle with a white exclamation mark in the middle of it. and when i press the elevator on thats on the outside of the shaft, itll take me to the loading screen and freeze. ive never seen this before. what is it and how would i get rid of it?
