Instructions for rewiring my home?

is there anyone who can tell me a great"free" site that give step by step instructions on how to totally rewire a home? this home was moved to this current site -REMOVED FROM A FOUNDATION with all that wiring intact but never brought up to speed and that wiring was nvr redone to accommodate the new standards(it is the old style copper cotton sleeved type)- yes i know thats dangerous:) so there are two main breakers-#1 under the house-with WAY_OLD GL STYLE fuses which now sits on cinder block and wood beams with the original wiring under it AND at a l8tr date a new breaker box IN the house---which is up to code- for an addition on the house so...the old style wiring runs half and new wiring runs the other half.the older half got struck by lightening and hasn't worked since so as its easy to see that its jacked and the other half is now totally dependent on the new box-- has been for about 15 years-aarrrgghh! ive got a 3 yr old runnin round here with electrical cords everywhere. ~plz any info thx so much-A
