I have alot of pain in my legs and when i mage them it feels like i get the blood flow back. what cause thi?

when i mage my legs it feel like i get the blood flow back.what causes this? i also have alot of pain in my legs and i cant stand up very long,when i do i have to keep shifting my weight on my legs.
