Where is the Antichrist ? Doesnt (s)he know (s)he's late already?

Western economies are collapsing, power is switching to the middle-east, society is non-existent, intolerance is rife, disrespect is the norm, populations are out of control, global famine is on the horizon. The Gulf Stream’s about to go out of fashion, British winters will be like Moscow’s. Ice caps are on their last legs, the seaside gonna get a lot closer to home. The Antichrist should be here now, uniting all major forms of Christianity and Judaism, preaching peace but gearing up for the big push against Islam. Inspiring spiritual leadership, not seen since Jesus is exactly what the west needs, now. Where is that damn Antichrist when you need him/her?
