Why do I have morning sickness?

Okay, I'm going to say it right now...IM NOT PREGNANT. I'm positive of it. Any who, every morning before school, I wake up with this awful stomach ache, most of the time I don't puke but, sometimes I do, but it's mostly just belching and a horrible tummy ache. My mother suggested it being my gall bladder or acid reflux?
