What is the fastest Car on the market?

My wife can pull mach 3.9 in a Tesco car park in her Peugeot 106 from a standing start. The acceleration will pull at least 30g's and compress you into your seat so that you are uming you are sitting in the boot. All this is accomplished while talking on a mobile and looking in a mirror putting on her lippy. It is nothing out of the ordinary, as I ume all women can do this, god forbid them getting behind the wheel of a Lamborghini.
