I've seen Mayweathers commercial with AT&T but when is his Xylocaine commercial coming out?

Must be good to be Floyd Mayweather to be using an enhancement drugs that numb his hands.Aint that cheating?? Cause basically if injected in the hands, your hands will get numb, like its asleep and no matter how hard you bang your hands as hard as you can to someones face you wont feel any pain.But aint that more dangerous if its injected to someone with the skill level of Floyd "cheater" Mayweather?? Hmmm..?
