For someone who reached for my hand and touched my heart...?

I have a teacher, who has truly gone above and beyond the boundaries of just an educator. She has stepped in upon the places where a mother couldn't, or simply never tried to, and taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. There are no words to describe how much of an impact she has had upon my life in the past year, so I was hoping I could think of a gift that would somehow portray my appreciation. Does anyone have any ideas as for gifts for those who inspire us most? I need something meaningful and inspirational, but I can't think of anything! Please help. Thanks so much!!
