Follistim with iui success stories ?

Hi I just had my 3rd iui done on Monday 3/30. I had an ultra sound on thursday before U/S that showed one maturing follicle at 18 and another one at i believe 14 or 15. so I finished the rest of my follistim 75mg thursday and friday. Than took ovidrel shot on saturday around 9pm. Could the follistim have made the smaller follicle mature to an 18? or did i have only one follicle for the iui? Hubby's count was 197 million after washing with 76% motility.. is that good? what do you think my chances are for success this cycle? im now 4 days past iui and have been getting sharp pains in my right side since the day after iui and have to urinate frequently .. is this a good sign? Any advice, success stories anything would be great...Thanks
