(DAZZLE) Pinnacle Video Capture for Mac (AUDIO CRACKLING) ????

just got my dazzle pinnacle video capture for Mac today, and I love it. The only thing is that I record Rock Band using it, and when I play it the audio is horrible. It crackles like crazy and just ruins the audio. So if you have any suggestions please comment cause I don't have anything else to turn to. I tried to turn off my Mac's speaker and it still does it. So please comment and I really appreciate it.
